Who This Covers

• Staff (general managers, project managers, and similar) who sign in to manage jobs and NFC cards.
• Field visitors who open a check-in link from an NFC card or demo URL and submit a visit form (no staff account required).

Information We Collect

• Staff accounts: email and authentication data (via Supabase Auth), display name and company membership/role when set by your organization.
• Check-in forms: name, company, trade, optional phone, and related visit times for the job you opened.
• NFC card inventory: human labels, job assignment, chip UID (serial), and whether a check-in link was written — used so staff can identify and program cards.
• Operational data: jobs, schedules, and related records your company enters in the staff app.
• Contact inquiries: name, email, optional company, and message when you use the contact form on this site.
• Staff feedback: signed-in name/email and the note you send from Feedback in the staff app.

The Card Read/Write app uses the same staff account as the website. When you open the app from the site while signed in, a short-lived one-time code may be used so you do not have to type your password again on that device.

How We Use Information

• Provide check-in, dashboards, NFC card Identify/Program, and related product features.
• Secure access (sign-in, password reset, company isolation).
• Respond to contact requests you send through this site.
• Read product feedback and issue notes submitted by signed-in staff.
• Operate and improve the product for your organization.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the app for third-party advertising.

Processors

Hosting and database/auth are provided by our infrastructure and Supabase (cloud Auth + Postgres). Data is processed to run the product under our configuration and access controls (including row-level security by company).

Retention

Visit and staff records remain for as long as your organization uses the product, unless we agree otherwise or you ask us to remove data we control for your company.

Your Choices

• Staff may sign out and request password reset via the login screen.
• Company owners/admins can manage staff membership and card inventory inside the product where those features exist.
• Field visitors only submit what they enter on the check-in form for that job link.

Children

The product is intended for business use on jobsites and staff devices. It is not directed at children under 13.
